'Laura' explores the vulnerability of being seen and the emotional depth beneath the physical form. The sculpture, rather than idealising beauty, therefore speaks to the universal journey of becoming—a transformation as personal as it is public.

The piece is a half-life size reduction of the life-size sculpture 'Laura' made in 2016 and will be cast in a bronze limited edition of ten. The original, life-size sculpture was acquired by the MEAM Museum in Barcelona, where it remains part of the permanent collection.
