Medusa

This 3/4 life-size portrait in bronze captures a pivotal moment of of resolve and determination - the moment just before a transformation starts. Drawing from the Greek mythology of Medusa, the gaze of the sculpture holds an intensity and significance intended to meet and impact upon the viewer directly. Even in death, Medusa retained the power to turn on-lookers to stone with her severed head.
