Participants are required to be in sufficient physical and sensory condition to engage in the activities of sculpting. While accommodations can be made for certain disabilities, it is the participant’s responsibility to assess their ability to safely perform the tasks involved. Please contact us prior to enrollment if you have any concerns about your ability to participate.
We reserve the right to decline an application if we determine that their disability would prevent safe or effective participation in the course. If a participant fails to inform us of their condition beforehand and attends despite being unable to safely engage in the activities (according to our safety standards), we are not liable for any resulting injuries or damages, we reserve the right to deny entry, and no refund will be issued.
